Biography

Leila Chalabi’s journey into the art world started in 1955 when she first joined ‘’Beirut College for Women’’, and again in 1979 she took art courses in ‘’Beirut University College’’. Since 1985 she lives and works between Paris and Beirut. Chalabi started to exhibit her works in 1996 in La Petite Galerie in Paris and then in 1997 where she was selected to participate in the annual exhibition in Sursock Museum. Since then her canvases travelled to Japan and across Europe as well as to the United States. She has held many exhibitions in France and Lebanon. We have listed below
